Rwanda Gorilla Tracking
Yyou go to the Rwanda Gorilla office headquarters and get the briefing from the guides, and then it’s off on to your adventure to meet these thrilling gentle giants of Rwanda. Your guide will take you through thick vegetation on a 1-7 hour trail, when you finally meet the gorillas, you will spend one hour with them.
Chimpanzee tracking
Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale forest national park will thrill you; look out for primates like the colobus monkeys, families of chimps, a diversity of birds and an abundance of butterflies and other tropical insects. You will have a picnic lunch there, and then you will take an optional visit to the Bigodi wetland sanctuary a superb ecotourism site established to protect the Magombe swamps-a haven of birds (137 species) and a number of primates. Overnight at the Ndali Lodge/Primates Lodge/Rwenzori.
6 DAYS BWINDI RWANDA MBURO SAFARI:
Depart for Lake Mburo National Park
After break fast we will head for Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda's fourth National park was gazzeted in 1982.The Park covers an area surface of 256kmq. It offers varied scenic beauty hills and valleys. Later take the boat cruise on Lake Mburo which will last 2 hrs. Do an evening game drive, with a chance to view, Zebra, Impala, Topis, Wipsprings, Elands, Buffaloes, Hippos, Crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. Overnight at Mantana Tented Camp/Rwonyo Camp.
5 DAYS QUEEN ELIZABETH AND BWINDI SAFARI:
Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park has beautiful lakes and rich grasslands which are set deep in the crater valley, this is truly the most breathtaking scenery in the park. The park spreads over an area of 1978 sq kilometers in the western arm of the Great East African Rift Valley 418 km from the capital Kampala and takes approximately 6 hours. The park is a home to a variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, hippos, buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, baboons and birds all typical riverrine savannah habitats and the famous Kazinga Channel. In the Southern Parts is the Ishasha sector with the tree climbing lions and the Maramagambo forest, one of the largest surviving natural forests in Uganda. The Northern part is traversed by the equator and is dominated by the scenery of crater lakes with lots of flamingos. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Institute of Ecology
10 Days RWANDA GORILLA SAFARI
Arrive in Queen Elizabeth National Park:
After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a game drive while entering the park. Animals like leopards, warthogs, antelope species, lions, buffaloes, hyenas, and elephants. On your arrival, have lunch and proceed for the launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. Different animals that come to drink water at the channel and water birds will be viewed along the shores. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge, Kingfisher lodge or Simba Safari Camp (FB)
Rwanda Uganda Tour Safari 10 days:
You will be met by our driver/guide at Entebbe International Airport who will drive you to Kampala the Capital City of Uganda. Check in at any agreed Hotel. If time allows carry out a city tour in Kampala. Visit Uganda Museum a display of all Uganda cultures National Theatre centre for art crafts shops. Visit the mysterious Kasubi tombs – a burial ground for Buganda Kings.
